How is this different from a urea cream?
The formula does the same job. The format is the reason it gets used. A tub needs you to sit down, scoop, rub in, and then go wash your hands before you touch anything. A stick is one pass, socks on, done - which is the difference between a routine you keep and one that sits half-finished in the bathroom.
Is 60% urea a lot?
Yes. Most drugstore foot creams sit between 10% and 25%. At 60% urea plus 2% salicylic acid this is a strong keratolytic - it softens and loosens hardened surface skin rather than just moisturising it. That's the point, and it's also why you use a thin film and not a thick one.
Will it sting?
On intact skin, no - most people feel nothing. On skin that is already split open it will sting, so wait until any cracks have closed before you start. Patch test on a small area first if your skin reacts easily to anything.
How long does one stick last?

When will I see a difference?
